Data Collection & Processing 

Swipefox Inc., a brand in partnership with SkillGigs, Inc., is a fun yet powerful mobile job search app that helps healthcare professionals find their next full-time position or travel nurse assignment. We help put a smile on your face and we call that, the Swipelife.   We take your privacy very seriously. That is why we are transparent about how we manage your information. Read below for our privacy policy that covers both the use of our website as well as our job search application – we refer to these as our products. We collect information from you when you voluntarily register with our products, place an order, respond to a survey, or fill out a form. Simply put – it is on the information you provide us. When ordering or registering on our website or application, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number.   Swipefox does not store any account related information or any credit / debit card details. Swipefox shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by Users because of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information concerning the User’s account, credit cards or debit cards during any online transactions or payments made for any products and/or services offered through the Platform. Data Erasure  

In certain jurisdictions, you can request that your personal information be deleted. Please note that if you request the erasure of your personal information:  

  • We may retain your personal information as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as preventing money laundering, fraud detection, and prevention, and enhancing safety. For example, suppose we suspend a Swipefox Account for fraud or safety reasons. In that case, we may retain information from that Swipefox Account to prevent that Member from opening a new Swipefox Account in the future.  
  • We may retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations. For example, Swipefox and Swipefox Payments may keep tax, legal reporting, and auditing obligations.  
  • Information you have shared with others (e.g., Reviews, forum postings) will continue to be publicly visible on Swipefox, even after your Swipefox Account is canceled. However, attribution of such information to you will be removed. Some copies of your information (e.g., log records) will remain in our database but are disassociated from personal identifiers.  
  • Because we take measures to protect data from accidental or malicious loss and destruction, residual copies of your personal information may not be removed from our backup systems for a limited period. 
 

How do we protect your information? 

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.  We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems and are required to keep the information confidential.  After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

When we are still testing new features, these cookies may be used to ensure that you receive consistent experience whilst using our products to ensure we understand which optimizations our users appreciate the most.  
  • Analytics: Third party analytics are used to track and measure usage of this site so that we can continue to produce engaging content. These cookies may track things such as how long you spend on the site or pages you visit which helps us to understand how we can improve the site for you. As we sell a service, it is important for us to understand statistics about how many of the visitors to our site and application make a purchase and as such this is the kind of data that these cookies will track. We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA, we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed at people who are at least 13 years old or older.
